  • A periodized gym plan catered to you that we’ll work through together on a weekly basis
  • The option to combine online programming or nutrition 

In-person training is best suited to beginner- intermediate level lifters. 

 

Online Strength Coaching

  • A periodized gym plan catered to you and your goals that is updated on a weekly basis
  • Block reviews and monthly check ins
  • Filmed set technique feedback and reviews
  • Powerlifting meet day support

Online training is best suited to intermediate-advanced lifters.

ONLINE NUTRITION COACHING

Optimize your nutrition to fuel your body and your training better, 

This includes:

  • Bi-monthly online consultations
  • Personalized and periodized meal and macro plans
  • Weekly check-ins on WhatsApp
  • Continued online support and guidance

What I help with: sports nutrition, powerlifting nutrition, fatloss, muscle gain, emotional eating, general health
