This includes: 

  • An initial strength and mobility assessment
  • A periodized gym plan catered to you that we will work through on a weekly basis
  • The option to combine online programming or nutrition 

In-person training is best suited to beginner- intermediate level lifters. 

Online Coaching

Become stronger and work smarter in the gym with an exercise training plan fully catered to you!

This includes:

  • An in-person or online assessment session
  • A periodized gym plan catered to you and your goals that is updated on a weekly basis
  • Block reviews and monthly check ins
  • Video technique feedback and reviews
  • Powerlifting meet day support

Online training is best suited to intermediate-advanced lifters.

NUTRITION COACHING

Optimize your nutrition to fuel your body better, feel more energized, live healthier and thrive at life

This includes:

  • Monthly online consultations
  • A meal/macro plan entirely catered to your goals and needs
  • Weekly check-ins on WhatsApp
  • Continued online support.

What I help with: sports nutrition, emotional eating, body composition goals, general health
