About me:
I’m Shevi, the founder of Barbell Nutrition: where strength training meets smart fueling.
I’m a strength and nutrition coach with 8 years of experience helping lifters get stronger, perform better, and fuel their bodies well.
My approach is realistic and evidence based. I don’t believe in fad diets, exhaustive training that has no logic to it, or any approach that isn’t sustainable over time.
I know firsthand what it’s like to struggle with food. I spent years caught up in restrictive eating and poor food relationships before I learned to shift my approach to a fuelling mindset. That shift changed everything for me, and now, I help others do the same.
My educational background includes personal training studies at Wingate College, Sports-therapy B.Sc at Kiryat Ono College, Nutrition Sciences at Hebrew University, continued education through various diplomas and (more importantly) experience over time.
